HOW TO ENROLL

PROCESS OF ENROLLMENT

  1. Schedule a tour of our center to see our custom-designed building!

  2. Complete the Enrollment Application and submit the Registration Fee for the waitlist

    • *Please note that an application does not guarantee a start date; Spring Hill operates on a waitlist, which is on a first-come, first-serve basis - an administrator will reach out to you regarding any status updates/changes

  3. One week prior to start date, submit remainder of paperwork and enrollment fees

    • Enrollment Agreement

    • Acknowledgement of Policies

    • Acknowledgement of Emergency Action Plan

    • Physical and immunization record

    • Meal Consent form

    • Permission to Photograph form

    • Biting Policy

    • Auto-Debiting Form (if needed)

    • A copy of the birth certificate

  4. A Spring Hill team member will reach out to you to let you know of any other forms needed to complete your enrollment process

  5. At this time, we may schedule a time for you to drop off the paperwork and you may use this opportunity to bring your child to see their new classroom and meet the teacher
