SAFETY AND SECURITY
At Spring Hill Academy, we want to ensure that you and your child feel safe and secure as soon as you step foot through our doors. We utilize security products from ProCare, the leader in Child Care Management Systems, to provide our students and staff with the best possible care for their safety.
Keyless Entry
We use a keyless entry system with authorized check-in to ensure that only authorized personnel and enrolled parents/guardians have access to the front lobby. The keyless entry system provides the center with a way to monitor who enters the building and allows us to retain a log of each individual entering the building.
Classroom Security
Spring Hill Academy has added a second keyless entry secured door to gain access to the classrooms from the front lobby. Utilizing double security entrances gives our students and staff an extra layer of protection by requiring authorized individuals to enter a second door using their keyless entry password.
Secure Parent Check-In
Parents can sign in their children in the front lobby, using our secure parent check-in system at the front desk. Allowing parents to check-in their students in at the front desk gives us the chance to greet you and your family as you arrive.
Using the all-in-one machine at check-in and check-out also allows parents to make payments, check immunization records, and check their child’s schedule of check-in and out times.
** We have recently added a contact-free way for parents to check their child in/out using QR codes via our ProCare mobile app.
